Michael Rusciolelli, President of JMI, has over two decades of experience in the janitorial industry.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Business Management, Mike worked for Marriott Hotels, where he was first introduced into the cleaning services and housekeeping industry. After several years with Marriott, Mike joined a large janitorial contractor in upstate New York, serving as General Manager.
In this role, Mike gained exposure to all facets of the janitorial industry.
Following this experience, Mike formed his own janitorial services Organization which he grew to a 225+ employee firm that operated in three states. Mike sold his previous firm and in 2002 began Janitorial Management Incorporated. Since that time, JMI has relied on its unique internal processes to consistently produce high quality results at competitive prices.
Janitorial Management Incorporated announces the 2018-19 Dean Rusciolelli Memorial Scholarship Award. Under the program, a one-time $2,500.00 scholarship will be awarded to a High School Senior of a JMI Employee or Staff Member that works in a JMI Building.
